oye¿como me convierto en un hunter?

como se llama ese lugar del juego

en el juego left 4 dead para exbox 360 en los logros dice algo sobre ser un hunter, tanko lo que sea y no puedo ser uno de ellos. debe ser en xbox live o debo ser mejor en el juego?
